📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create accurate and detailed drawings for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems using AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure designs meet project requirements and regulations.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback and project updates.
• Ensure drawings are compliant with industry standards and local regulations.
• Prepare construction documents, including shop drawings, schedules, and specifications.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical input.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Maintain and organize project files and drawings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an MEP Drafter or similar role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) principles.
• Certification in MEP design or related field is a plus.
