📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for our guests, ensuring that every meal is fresh, flavorful, and presented beautifully.
• Work closely with our culinary team to maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
• Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are properly stored and used efficiently.
• Assist with the preparation and presentation of special dietary requirements and allergies.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and culinary techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Daily Cook or similar role in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine, with a focus on high-end dining experiences.
• Excellent culinary skills and the ability to prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
