In this pivotal role, you’ll bridge the gap between our financial data and the public, ensuring our stakeholders understand our performance and growth. Based in Bali, you’ll work closely with our finance team to develop and distribute financial reports, press releases, and other communications that highlight our achievements and maintain our strong brand image.

As a Manager, Public Relations & Communications (Financial Reporting), your daily tasks will include crafting compelling financial narratives, managing media relations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure our financial communications are accurate, engaging, and aligned with our company’s goals. You’ll leverage tools like Tableau and Power BI to visualize financial data, and your expertise in financial reporting will be crucial in helping our stakeholders make informed decisions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and distribute financial reports, press releases, and other communications that highlight Carsome’s financial performance and achievements.
• Manage media relations and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and engaging financial communications.
• Leverage data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI to create compelling financial narratives.
• Monitor industry trends and develop strategic communications to maintain Carsome’s strong brand image.
• Coordinate with the finance team to ensure financial data is accurately represented and communicated.
• Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance Carsome’s reputation and financial transparency.
• Manage stakeholder communications to ensure our financial goals are understood and supported.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of our financial communications and make data-driven improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial communications, PR, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and distributing financial reports and press releases.
• Strong understanding of financial data and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
• Strong media relations skills and experience in managing stakeholder communications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
