As a Food Stall Assistant, you’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including preparing and cooking meals, assisting customers with their orders, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the food stall, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, so you must be able to multitask and think on your feet. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standard operating procedures.
• Assist customers with their orders, ensuring they receive the food they requested in a timely manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the food stall, including restocking ingredients and cleaning equipment.
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations, as well as food handling guidelines, are followed at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure that the food stall runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products, procedures, and best practices.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all guests have a positive dining experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a food service or hospitality role, preferably in a similar position.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, including proper handling and storage of food.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients, as well as the ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including food and equipment, up to 20 kg.
• Professional and friendly demeanor, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
