📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement fleet management strategies to optimize vehicle utilization and reduce operational costs.
• Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient transportation operations.
• Monitor and analyze fleet performance data using tools like SAP or similar logistics software.
• Plan and schedule routes and deliveries, considering factors such as traffic, weather, and customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards for fleet operations.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to source and manage vehicle maintenance and fuel supplies.
• Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, including vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and driver performance.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on fleet performance and operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet planning or logistics coordination.
• Proven experience with fleet management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong understanding of logistics and transportation principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
• Knowledge of Indonesian traffic regulations and road conditions in Bali.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
