📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Review and analyze legal documents, contracts, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with Indonesian and international laws.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate legal risks.
• Assist in the preparation and negotiation of contracts and agreements.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely updates to our compliance policies and procedures.
• Provide legal support to the finance team in relation to asset protection and recovery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance legal and compliance knowledge.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all legal and compliance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal and compliance roles, preferably in the auto finance industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international legal and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in using legal and compliance management software such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, or similar tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
