As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll be responsible for administering dialysis treatments, monitoring patient vitals, and ensuring a comfortable and safe environment during procedures. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Administer dialysis treatments, including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis, using state-of-the-art equipment such as dialysis machines, filters, and monitoring devices.
• Monitor and record patient vitals, including blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature, using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Assess and manage patient access sites, ensuring they are clean, free from infection, and properly maintained.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about dialysis procedures, dietary restrictions, and self-care measures.
• Report any adverse events or complications to the healthcare team for prompt intervention.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new technologies in renal care.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, following infection control protocols and hospital guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a renal care setting.
• Certification as an Enrolled Nurse (EN) in Indonesia.
• Familiarity with dialysis equipment and procedures, including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, for effective communication within the multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients with renal conditions.
