📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily electrical maintenance and repairs in the manufacturing facility.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement energy-saving measures to reduce operational costs.
• Train and mentor junior staff on electrical systems and safety protocols.
• Maintain detailed records of all electrical work and inspections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Electrical Assistant Supervisor or similar role.
• Proven experience with AutoCAD and PLC programming software.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, motor control, and instrumentation.
• Certification in Electrical Safety (e.g., NECA, OSHA) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
