As a Civil Engineer Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project completion. You'll also play a key role in maintaining safety standards and environmental compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the construction of buildings, roads, and bridges, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Leverage AutoCAD, BIM, and project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
• Maintain safety standards and environmental compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to project plans and standards.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, cost estimates, and other project documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address project challenges and opportunities.
• Ensure all projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, and project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid professional engineering license (PE) or equivalent.
• Experience in infrastructure projects, particularly in remote or challenging environments.
