📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of the hospital construction project.,Ensure that all construction activities are carried out safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.,Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.,Monitor project progress, budget, and schedule, and implement corrective actions as needed.,Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality and safety standards are met.,Develop and implement safety and quality management systems.,Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the project stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site management for large-scale construction projects.,Proven experience in managing hospital construction projects.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and standards.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
