Belton Technology is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior NPI and CQE Manager to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our projects. The ideal candidate will be stationed in Thailand and will be responsible for managing the New Product Introduction (NPI) and Continuous Quality Engineering (CQE) processes. This position is based in Indonesia with travel to Thailand for project work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the NPI and CQE processes from concept to production, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve product and process issues.,Develop and implement quality improvement plans to enhance product performance and reliability.,Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations to prevent recurrence of defects.,Monitor and report on key quality metrics and performance indicators.,Provide technical guidance and training to team members to improve their skills and knowledge.,Work closely with suppliers and external partners to ensure quality and reliability of components and materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in NPI and CQE roles, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing NPI and CQE projects.,Strong knowledge of quality standards and methodologies, including ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and DFMEA.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in a global environment and managing cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with quality management software and tools.
