📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and submit financial statements on a timely basis.,Conduct audits and reviews of financial transactions.,Manage the payroll process for the company.,Provide financial advice and guidance to the management team.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting regulations and practices.
