📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality talent pool.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.
  • Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to attract passive candidates.
  • Provide guidance and support to new hires during the onboarding process.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, such as ATS, CRM, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to travel for business purposes, if required.
