As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, and that the store is maintained to a high standard.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.,Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the store is a safe and welcoming environment for all customers and staff.,Participate in inventory management and ensure that stock levels are optimized to meet customer demand.,Work closely with the regional management team to ensure that the store is aligned with the overall business strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the FMCG or pharmaceutical industry.,Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant retail management software.,Understanding of health and safety regulations, and a commitment to creating a safe and welcoming environment for all customers and staff.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
