📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the bakery, including production, inventory, and staff scheduling.,Ensure quality control by monitoring the quality of baked goods and implementing corrective actions when necessary.,Maintain a clean and efficient workspace by following health and safety guidelines.,Oversee the preparation and baking of various products according to recipes and standards.,Manage inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.,Assist in staff training and development to ensure a well-functioning team.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding products and services.,Prepare and maintain reports on daily operations, including sales, production, and expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a bakery or similar food service environment.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and equipment.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian language is a must; English skills are a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and record-keeping.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
