• Translate documents, emails, and other communications between English and Mandarin with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist in interpreting during meetings and calls, ensuring smooth and accurate communication.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all communications are clear, concise, and culturally appropriate.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide accurate and relevant translations.
• Adapt to the fast-paced nature of the business environment, meeting tight deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all sensitive information.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all clients and stakeholders feel valued and understood.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of translation strategies and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in translation or interpreting, preferably in a business or corporate setting.
• Proficiency in using translation software such as Trados, SDL Trados Studio, or MemoQ.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
• Understanding of Indonesian business culture and customs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
