Rejeki Elsa Electronics is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Learning Development to drive our company's learning and development initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing learning programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, ultimately contributing to the company's growth and success. This is a full-time position located in Singkawang.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design relevant training programs and materials.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and develop employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand training needs and provide support.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Measure and report on the impact of learning and development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
