• Oversee and manage HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
