📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement menu plans that meet customer expectations and company standards.,Supervise and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and portion control.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for food supplies.,Train and develop new staff to meet company standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.,Participate in cost control and budgeting activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Valid food handler's certificate.
