Prime Royal Sejahtera is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the fleet, as well as maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and coordinate the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling maintenance and repairs.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.

Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize efficiency.

Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of vehicles.

Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.

Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify and address any issues.

Train and supervise drivers on safe driving practices and company policies.

Collaborate with external vendors for maintenance and repairs as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management.

Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.

Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
