The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, fleet management, or a related field. This role is crucial in ensuring our delivery services run smoothly and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for operation.,Coordinate with drivers and delivery teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and vehicle performance to prevent breakdowns and ensure cost efficiency.,Handle vehicle inspections, repairs, and servicing, working closely with mechanics and service providers.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.,Track and analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies regarding fleet operations.,Provide training and support to drivers and delivery teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards in the Sumedang area.
