As an Assistant Teacher, you will play a crucial role in educating and supporting our patients, particularly those with chronic illnesses, on how to manage their conditions effectively. Your role will involve conducting health education sessions, providing one-on-one support, and collaborating with our healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct health education sessions for patients with chronic illnesses, focusing on disease management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.,Provide one-on-one support to patients, addressing their queries, concerns, and providing guidance on managing their conditions.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient education programs and materials.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health education programs, and make recommendations for improvements.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including health education sessions conducted and patient progress.,Stay informed about the latest developments in chronic disease management and health education, and incorporate new knowledge into your practice.,Promote a positive and supportive environment for patients, fostering a sense of community and empowerment.,Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other professional development activities as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in health education or patient support roles, preferably in a community health center setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and educate diverse patient populations.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Proficiency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with basic medical terminology and concepts, and a willingness to learn and grow in the field of healthcare.,Valid certification or license as a healthcare professional, as required by local regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
