📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the service center, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.,Manage and supervise a team of technicians, ensuring they are trained and equipped to handle various electronics repair tasks.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and equipment.,Monitor and maintain service center performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction, repair turnaround time, and cost efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to improve service quality and efficiency.,Develop and implement training programs for technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronics repair and service center management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and improving service center performance.,Strong knowledge of electronics components, circuits, and repair techniques.,Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with service center management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and local business practices is a plus.
