📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Lead and mentor HR staff, providing guidance and support.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.,Handle employee benefits and compensation packages.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successful HR initiatives and improvements.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Certifications in HR, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, are a plus.
