📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Partner with business leaders to understand their HR needs and provide strategic advice and solutions.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives.,Lead and mentor HR team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.,Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts and ensuring a positive work environment.,Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.,Conduct performance management and talent development initiatives to support employee growth.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR to drive continuous improvement.,Report on HR metrics and KPIs to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a Business Partnering role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.,Proven track record of driving HR strategy and delivering business results.,Experience in managing a team and leading HR projects.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in the hospitality or F&B industry is a plus.
