The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for retail. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and information,Maintain a clean and organized shop environment,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently,Restock shelves and ensure product availability,Handle cash and credit card transactions securely,Promote products and special offers to customers,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues,Assist with inventory management and reporting

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail software,Familiarity with Indonesian language,Willingness to work remotely and follow company policies,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs
