In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Provide strategic financial advice to senior management and board members.,Monitor and control the company's financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Manage relationships with external auditors, accountants, and other financial service providers.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a managerial position.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
