📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and recruit top talent.,Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, providing guidance and support.,Source and screen potential candidates, ensuring a high-quality pipeline for hiring.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in alignment with company values and culture.,Analyze recruitment metrics and performance to identify areas for improvement.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR roles.,Proven track record of successfully attracting and hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
