📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily maintenance and repair of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Perform routine inspections and ensure all vehicles meet safety and operational standards.,Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on vehicles.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for parts and services.,Train and mentor junior mechanics.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mechanic in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and maintaining a fleet of vehicles.,Strong knowledge of automotive systems and troubleshooting techniques.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.,Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology or related field is a plus.
