📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure a positive customer experience by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the management team.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high standards of service and sales.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and consumer behavior.
