Go Bay Sentosa is looking for a dedicated Deputy Learning Development to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our company's growth and development by focusing on the continuous improvement of our employees' skills and knowledge.

This is a full-time position based in Ciputat, Banten. The salary range for this role is Rp 3.000.000 – Rp 4.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate with the Learning and Development Manager to ensure the successful execution of training initiatives.
  • Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their learning goals.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers and facilitators.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
  • Certifications in training and development or related fields are a plus.
