📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Use our CRM system to track and resolve customer issues efficiently.

• Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Zoho.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
