📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis.,Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.,Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business.,Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.,Provide sales training and support to the sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
