📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, including inventory management and sales.,Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives and support staff.,Ensure customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints effectively.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales.,Monitor and report on branch performance and sales targets.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Coordinate with the central office for inventory and operational support.,Train and develop staff to improve performance and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving branch performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
