📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring adherence to SOP and company policies.
• Manage and train a team of 10-15 employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Implement and maintain efficient inventory systems using POS systems like QSR or similar.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the foodservice industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and POS systems, preferably QSR or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with food safety and health regulations, including HACCP principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a culinary or business-related degree preferred.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
