📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and plans.,Support the marketing team in executing marketing campaigns and promotions.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.,Assist in the creation and management of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.,Support the sales team in achieving their targets by providing marketing support and lead generation.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Assist in the organization and coordination of marketing events and activities.,Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a marketing-related role.,Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Canva.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
